Necom is a private limited company, which is run by dedicated team of qualified and experienced professionals under a supervision of a General Manager who is exclusively responsible for daily management.

IT is not well exploited in Ethiopia, the second largest country [population wise] in Africa. But there is a huge interest and rapid development with large investment flowing to this sector both from the government and the private sectors in the recent years.
The government has established an ICT Development office in an Authority level which is responsible for preparing a conducive environment for the ''newly'' flourishing sector. 
As the current domestic demand is expanding and lacking prior operational history in developing large softwares and supplying huge hardware, we at Necom realized that we need to contact potential oversea companies which have the knowledge and experience to  partner with based on mutual benefit.
